We asked for your stories about your adopted PAWS pets and we are happy to share some of them as our highlights for 2021! Meet Joey!

“When we got Joey we were told he was a calm and low key puppy. Well that is not really true. Joey keeps our other two dogs on their toes with his manic energy and playfulness. Not to mention that he is still experiencing everyday sounds. When he hears something that scares him he runs away from it, sits and watches until it is safe. At 5 1/2 months old Joey weight was 55 pounds! He not only is part collie but seems to be part pony!

Joey is now 62 pounds and loves to sleep on our bed. Tough life for a growing puppy.
