PAWS has been hit with some HUGE unexpected construction issues. Due to drainage issues in our kennels, our dog kennel floors need to be completely torn up and then the drainage and floors have to be completely replaced, along with new skylights due to water damage. This means every single dog needs to be OUT of our kennels for a week by next Thursday, 09/03.

As a privately run nonprofit, we also have to fundraise every dollar needed to make these repairs. And with that being said… we have some AMAZING news that we still cannot believe and are forever thankful for.

Here’s an UPDATE on where our pups are headed while our kennels are under construction!
Blue Heart = FOUND THEIR FOREVER FAMILY!!
Pink Heart = IN A TEMPORARY PLACEMENT
Green Heart = HAS APPOINTMENTS FOR TEMPORARY PLACEMENT
Purple Heart = HAS AN APPOINTMENT FOR ADOPTION!!

WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING CALLS FOR TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS AND, OF COURSE, ADOPTIONS!!
Even if a pup currently has a temporary placement or appointment lined up, plans can change or a placement may not end up being the right fit. We would LOVE to have backup homes ready just in case we need to move a dog or find another placement quickly!
